Hyatt Place Cincinnati / Sharonville Convention Center

Check in was great, the guys were very accommodating. Rooms were clean and good size, toilet in our room didnt really want to flush. Only complaint was the noise of all the loud cars that drove by all night long, the hotel itself was nice quiet and clean. Also surprised that this hyatt didnt charge for breakfast or parking like the last hyatt we stayed at so that was a plus!

The room was nice, but the toilet seat was dirty. I used the makeup remover sheets to clean it off. The rest of the room was very clean. The bed was comfortable, and it was quiet. They have a bar and also serve food. The bartender disappeared for quite sometime leaving a busy bar waiting to get drinks. One of the cooks (I think) brought food out to one of the patrons and ended up filling a few drink orders since the bartender was nowhere to be found. Breakfast was a big disappointment. Everything was cold, and there wasn't much selection, although there was a lot of each dish. The French toast was so cold that the butter wouldn't melt. The eggs and sausage were also cold. The coffee was good and hot as it should be. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, both at check-in and check-out. If they would fix a few things, I would give them a better review.

Rooms were really nice with a large modern bathroom, comfly beds and small fridge. Lobby areas were nice too. Female employee was really kind. The workout room was really big with lots of equipment. Cons: The room the pool is in was cold compared to the lobby which is the opposite of most pool rooms, and the pool was cold too. There was no hot tub. Breakfast was mediocre. The sausage was dried out, eggs barely warm and the pan of waffles was reheated Eggos. No make your own waffle machine.

Chris and Matt were super friendly . If you’re looking for a pet friendly the place is a good place for you. My dog had his best stay ever. Thank you so much for making my dog feel welcomed. Few suggestions: little more options for breakfast ( I stayed for 4 nights) I had enough of the same food. Overall very decent place

Great and welcoming location. Parking is easy and the lobby area, breakfast area, meeting rooms and hotel room was very clean. Staff was polite and accommodating.

Stayed one night and the room was clean and comfortable. Took issue with the front desk announcing room numbers when handing over keys, and asking if I'll need "one or two keys" which would convey if I'm staying by myself or not. As a woman staying alone this was very uncomfortable. Room numbers are written on the card sleeve and do not need read aloud. If one key is standard that's fine, the guests can ask for an extra key, but prompting this question aloud along with the room number gives the person checking in next to me, or even staff, details that compromise safety.

We stopped over just for a night while passing through. 4 kids & 2 adults. We had a lovely room that fit us all. The room was clean and beautiful. Very comfortable. The bathroom was very nice and clean. Overall the hotel was very beautiful and staff was friendly. We appreciated the breakfast, however, the food tasted awful. I highly recommend this hotel but not the breakfast.

Hyatt Place Sharonville offers a good value if booked for a stay when no convention is being held at the adjacent facility. It's a bit dated, but clean and well maintained. The rooms are somewhat darker than most modern hotel rooms, and the night stand between the beds is at the perfect height for banging an elbow. The mattresses are really, really soft, which you may or may not enjoy. Breakfast is about average for a hotel of this class, with eggs, bacon or sausage, and potatoes available daily. Great orange juice, which is rare for a hotel continental breakfast. The cereal, yogurt and fresh fruit salad were good, but the bread wasn't very fresh. What sets this hotel apart is the friendly and helpful staff. From the front desk, to the breakfast area, to the cleaning staff, we met nice folks who seemed to enjoy their work.
